🔄 Refund & Returns Policy – RadhuG

At RadhuG, customer satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. This policy is framed in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws and ensures transparency in refunds and returns.


1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of silver jewellery, coins, and spiritual items, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Product received in damaged or defective condition
✔ Manufacturing defect (verified by our team)

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Used, worn, or altered products

  • Customized / engraved / made-to-order items

  • Silver coins, bars, or investment silver (unless damaged on delivery)


2️⃣ Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video (mandatory) must be shared showing the issue from sealed package opening.

  • Requests without proof may be rejected.

3️⃣ Return Approval & Inspection

  • Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

  • Returned products must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags, invoice, and accessories intact

  • Items failing inspection may be rejected and returned to the customer.


4️⃣ Refund Policy (Prepaid / COD / Wallet)

💳 Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking).

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after inspection.

🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD refunds are processed via:

    • Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or

    • RadhuG Wallet (preferred & faster)

  • Bank details must be shared by the customer.

👛 RadhuG Wallet Refunds

  • Wallet refunds are credited within 24–48 hours after approval.

  • Wallet balance can be used for future purchases on radhug.in.


5️⃣ Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to RadhuG’s error, return shipping will be borne by us.

  • In all other approved cases, return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.


6️⃣ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will follow the same refund timelines mentioned above.


7️⃣ Legal Compliance 

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
Customers retain the right to raise grievances in case of unfair trade practices.
However, RadhuG reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet policy conditions.
