• Silver jewellery is 925 certified where applicable.
• Gold jewellery follows BIS hallmark standards .

• We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected orders.
• Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery time: 5–7 working days across India.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹1000.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics issues).

🔄 5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• Only damaged or incorrect products are eligible.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection.
